Due to the nature of digital products, once the PDF has been successfully delivered via email or download link, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

If you do not receive the PDF due to a technical issue or system error, please contact us within 24 hours at chalisasangrah.in@gmail.com. We will ensure the product is delivered to you.

4. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payment for the same product, the excess amount will be reviewed and refunded after verification.
